Return Policy
You may return clothing purchased online within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and packaging must be attached.
A valid order number/receipt is required for all returns.
How to Return
Log in to your account on our website.Go to Order History and select the item you want to return. Click Return Item and follow the instructions.Print your prepaid return label and send the item back via the designated carrier.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the item for processing.Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed (subject to stock availability).If the new item is more expensive, the difference will be charged; if cheaper, a refund will be issued.
Items marked “Final Sale”, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
